Currently we are shipping within the United States only.  We utilize the services of UPS, FedEx, USPS and Freight Carriers depending upon your order size and delivery location.

Our Standard Flat Fee Shipping is ^$7^.49.  If you choose this option, we pick the shipping method;  USPS, UPS, FedEx or Common Carrier.  There is no guaranteed delivery time for this service. Other options are available during the checkout process, which can be reviewed and chosen prior to completing your order.

We aim to ship ALL orders received prior to 12:00 PM Eastern Time on the same day, although this is not always possible (Mon-Fri excluding shipping holidays).  Shipping times are based on the carriers policies.  Not all carriers deliver on, or count weekends in delivery time.  Delivery times are shown in business days.

For USPS Priority service, the expected delivery time provided will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and pick-up time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

Please keep in mind, delays beyond the carriers control, such as but not limited to, weather related issues in their transportation network, AND the current pandemic, are not eligible for shipping refunds from the carrier.

Special order items: Upon submitting your order, full payment will be collected so that we can order the item(s) specifically for you. Special order items are non-returnable and cannot be canceled once ordered.

Product warranties are that of the manufacturer and any warranty claim is subject to manufacturer approval. For reference, "most" parts come with a 90 day manufacturer warranty from date of purchase.  We suggest you check with the individual manufacturer to confirm their policy directly.

We strive to keep our website as accurate as possible, however we are only human and mistakes may happen.  Because of this, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we find a substantial error in the pricing or description.  As well, please realize that pricing may change without notice based on manufacturer increases, availability or pricing errors.

We cannot be held responsible and liable for items purchased that do not apply with your local codes, or for installation and / or use of products purchased from our site.

Changes to orders are not always possible but we will try our best to accommodate you.  Once the order is submitted, for stock items, it is immediately processed at our shipping facilities which operate around the clock.  As long as your order was not processed, picked or shipped when we attempt to make a change or cancel it, we can honor your request.  Otherwise, a return authorization will be required.
