Response:Hi! Really only when they start leaking. By any chance do you have a chlorinator at or above valve level? That will destroy them.
Question:It looks like we have this part and when the pump is turned off it seems like it is leaking air. I can't find part number but serial number is 294442. Can you order just the handle and clamp and leave housing intact, or do aI need to hire a plumber /pool guy to change entire housing. Thanks Phil

Response:Hi. Sorry we cannot identify a valve just be the serial number. As for leaking air; at the valve? If that is the case, it would leak water while it's running as well. If you email us we can try and troubleshoot further for you.
