We try to provide as much information as possible for the items on our site.  However, until the birth of the internet, pool parts were always assumed, by the manufacturer, to be installed by a pool professional.  With this in mind, many manufacturers do not provide specific data about their replacement parts or include instructions.

No one likes to have to go through the hassle and expense of returning items, be it driving to a local store, or shipping items back to an online company.  To try and avoid this, we suggest you double check the item ordered.  If you have questions about a product or would like more information on it, please just use our contact page to reach out to us.  We will do our best to assist you and be honest if there is no data available.  You can also contact the specific manufacturer directly, most of them now have an online presence as well.

Returns will be subject to a Return Fee of up to 20%, most commonly just 5% to cover administrative and physical labor to return the item into stock.  If you chose our standard shipping option, the actual outbound shipping charge (what it really cost us to ship your order), less the standard delivery option you already paid, will be deducted from the credit as well.  Orders that are returned by the carrier for incorrect address or refusal are subject to the same charges.

If an item is no longer needed, we will accept a return on it within 30 days of delivery, only with a pre-approved return number.  The item must be in its original packaging and must not have been tested or installed. Returns must be sent to the warehouse address that we provide you with, which will be included in your Return Instructions Email once processed. 

If we incorrectly shipped an item, that is on us.  We will issue a pre-paid return label or a carrier pickup to retrieve the incorrect item.  If you still are in need of the correct item, we will of course ship that out to you as well.

Product warranties are that of the manufacturer and any warranty claim is subject to manufacturer approval. For reference, "most" parts come with a 90 day manufacturer warranty from date of purchase.  We suggest you check with the individual manufacturer to confirm their policy directly.

If you feel an item is not working as it should, please contact the manufacturer directly.  Many manufacturers are handling their own warranty issues now and will be able to troubleshoot the issue for you and remedy the situation quicker than using us as the middle man.  If you are unable to obtain a remedy from the manufacturer, we will gladly assist you with handling the claim.  Please note, all warranty claims require manufacturer approval PRIOR to US issuing a a credit for the item (this could take several weeks). If a replacement is required right away, a new order would need to be placed for the item though our site.  Manufacturer warranties do not cover any shipping charges to return the product to us or them.

The following items are not returnable:
Special Order Items (as noted on our site), Electrical items, Items shipped direct from manufacturers, Chemicals, Covers and Liners, and items that have been used.
